When I called, I talked to the receptionist there. She was incredibly helpful just over the phone, and very polite. When I took my car in I spoke with the owner, Ian, who was very nice. The mechanic himself came out and explained in detail what my car needed
The following week I made an appointment to bring car in, but expressed to owner that I didn't have a ride back if I dropped the car off. He picked up the car from my house and dropped it off later that day and took payment at my house. It was incredibly convenient, I have never gotten such wonderful service before.
