Review content:
Perfect Home Services sent a technician to my house the same day. I had another well known company come out to evaluate, and without even looking at the unit they said it needed to be repaired. I am in construction so I am not easily led. Perfect Home had come out to clear the drains after the flood, and did such a great job that I decided to call them for a second opinion. Paul was outstanding. He actually looked at the unit (!!) and gave me several alternatives from which to choose. He was very informative, extremely nice, and assisted me in making other arrangements in order for me to make an informed decision. He answered all my questions. I did not tell him I was a Project Manager for a general contractor, so he explained the damage to the unit in laymen's terms without being condescending. He didn't rush me, understanding that the decisions I had to make were difficult ones. I felt like I was given the facts, and they weren't skewed in order for their company to make a sale. Finding a company you can trust is extremely difficult, but based on the experience I have had with Perfect Plumbing and their representatives, I have found an HVAC/plumbing contractor...it was only too bad they didn't work on washers and dryers, too! Truly an outstanding experience, if you forget about the flood that created it.
