Review content:
Since the beginning of 2013, I've lost a total of 41 lbs. I've heard many compliments and words of encouragement, but none were as important as the one from my 13 year old son who said I looked great. I owe it all to the friendly staff at the Winter Park, FL. branch. They always make you feel welcome and they always have something positive to say. They have educated me and changed the way I look at food. Not just as a short term diet, but for the rest of my life.
