Texsun Pools website says, ""we depend on customers' satisfaction for our livelihood"".....what a joke, if they did depend on their customers, you would think they would treat them like valued clients and their service department would be awesome. Unfortunately, it is one of the worst and most incompetent service departments of any pool company I have had to deal with. We have been a loyal customer for 13 years, but that is ending today. Made an appt. on Monday for pool service on Wed., a woman called and pushed the service appt. to Thurs. because of the rain. I gave her my new phone number, & I stressed more than once it was very important they call the night before as I needed to meet the service man...(property has locked gates and I must drive 45 min. to get there)...no prob. she said. Never heard from anyone on Wed., so I called office on Thurs. to see where I was on the schedule & Jimmy said, ""Well he was there at 8 a.m. and no one was there, so you must re-schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience. I went back over the conversation with him and he said ""must of been a temporary working"". Finally got pool looked at ..........rep said must order a new board for Jandy system........I said ok, call me when its in. They called the following Mon. to schedule service for Wed. I once again stressed the fact I must be called the night before so I could be there on time. Asked if I wanted to speak to the service rep Trey. I re-explained that he MUST call me on Tues. night to let me know about what time to be there........oh yes madam, I will call you on Tues. evening. Again no call, so at 5:30 p.m. I call Texsun pools again to see where I was on the schedule so I could rearrange my day, if necessary. Jimmy once again, says everyone is gone for the days, trucks are all parked and phones are charging. I have no way to reach your service rep. So on Wed. at 6:55 a.m. I get a call from service rep and he says I will be there in 1 hour. I said, ""are you servious?? Why did you not call me last night like I asked?"" Oh bc I worked until 8:30 p.m. Needless to say I live on ranch, lots of morning chores to do, painters scheduled to come at 8 a.m. and then must be 45 min. across town at 8 am to meet the service tech who couldn't even make a 15 second phone call to let me know I had to be there at 8. Had to cancel the painters, missed my work conference call at 10....etc. & all this could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call the night before. I arrived at the property at 7:55 a.m. ......because you know if I wasn't there on time, he would just put another tag on the gate......no one home, call office to re-schedule & leave. After arriving, I waited 30 min. & called office to see where he was. Was told he was running a little late, sorry for the inconvenience. I guess he lives 2 hours drive from my property. Rep showed up at 9 a.m. Needless to say I was seeing red. Service depts. are so inconsiderate of customers these days. This company has no customer satisfaction at all.......just a little consideration could go a long way. They don't care....just hope you'll keep coming back. No so with this ole gal. I will find another company, who hopefully does care........maybe a little bit.
