Lloyd Faulkner offered a warm greeting and an apologetic farewell, since I saw no one related to my auto's issue in over 2.5 hours, though I had been told 1 hour tops. The problem was diagnosed and cost was as stated, so thank you for that. \r \r My less-than-satisfied reply is that the 30 minute diagnosis took 3 HOURS. On freelance editing or speaking time that would be about $150 charge MINIMUM DISCOUNT RATE of my time. On pay for one of my other endeavors, that would be $90.00....Original appointment was 12:30, I changed it to 9:40 to save time in the day and be sure to be addressed in a timely manner. I think the $61.00 charge should have been gifted to me as a true apology for lost time - as there was no reasonable explanation offered. Just a suggestion about true 'courtesy'.\r \r On a few super positive notes, again:\r \r Lloyd was very kind and calm. And, meeting Mike VanCleveren (sp?) was a highlight! If I chose to buy a new vehicle, I would likely visit with him concerning that. He made me feel very at home and individual. Thanks or allowing your staff to interact in that manner. I also find the 'vehicle exchange program' marketing humorous! :) Thanks for the smiles.\r \r Blessings to all who spend time here daily - and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Courtesy Chevrolet!
