I can't lie. I was really squeamish about going to Good Vibrations for the first time. In fact, I probably never would have entered the store at all if it weren't for my roommate, who agreed to go with me, and promised that it would be nothing like the sex shops I'd seen in the movies. How grateful I am that she convinced me to go!
As a somewhat naive and slightly conservative young woman, I can honestly say that I felt completely comfortable at Good Vibrations. In fact, it felt a little like shopping at an Urban Outfitters, but with a slightly more...provocative...product line. The set-up was fun and tasteful, and the staff friendly and knowledgable. My only complaint was that the free batteries that accompanied my purchase didn't actually work.... make sure you test them before you walk out the door!
