Review content:
I read the review from a concerned parent and cannot believe that no one has brought this to light before now. My concerns are for the individuals but my viewpoint is that of associate several of the former employees. Not only has every point of concern been brought up to the Director and the Board but every effort to insure the stability of the organization has been met with indifference. Shame on the Board for not looking into the very valid concerns of the parents, but more so the complaints of employees who witness the incompetence of the management and are summarily dismissed for voicing concerns. This entire operation is in need of outside investigation to insure the best in staff for the people in need of these services. I have to believe based on 40 plus years in business that the responsibility lies in directors chair, a seat too long occupied by the same individual.
