Review content:
I am a parent of a child who received services from this agency and was completely dissatisfied with everything they had to offer. Their staff turnover is out of control. As soon as my son got used to a new staff they either quit or were terminated. Their focus is clearly not the individuals with disabilities. I am completely puzzled by the fact that they are still in business. There must be something going on behind closed doors. I have spoken with several people who have previously served on their Board and they are also not happy with the way Koinonia is run. I have also spoken with several current and previous employees and no one seems to be satisfied with this agency. I am also a part of a large parent coalition that disapproves of Koinonia Homes and all that they say they have to offer. I wish more people would speak out about their dissatisfaction because the lives of individuals with disabilities are at stake.
