I arrived the obligatory 20 min early for my appt and wasn't called for 60 minutes. With a trapped nerve to my back I could barely walk to the patient room where I waited another 30 min......After putting in 1 and 1/2 hour of waiting The doctor spent a whopping 5 minutes with me before he was on his way, and never said so much as ""sorry for the wait"".... proving that he didn't listen to a word I said he put incorrect information on my return to work slip and I shutter to think what will happen today when I call back to deal with this issue\r

This was my first visit.... so I'm less than impressed.... When I asked the receptionist about the wait time she just shrugged her shoulders and turned to do something else. The waiting area is jam packed with chairs, some facing eachother with about 8 inshes in between with knees touching..... how can you sit people with injuries to their spines and joints like this?\r

I was in so much pain when I left there I was literally good for nothing other than laying down, even the pain meds couldn't help me after this orthopedic fiasco.... I'm definently seeking care elsewhere.\r

Pros: he seemed satisfied with himself
Cons: 1.5 hr wait, Dr didnt know my chart AT ALL, 5 min visit, wrong info on ins forms, rude staff
