Review content:
This weekend, my girlfriends and I decided to try the new brunch menu at Ovelia. We have been before for dinner and had no real complaints. \r We ordered at around 2.15pm, by 3.15pm there was no sign of our food. A table near by had arrived, eaten appetisers, mains and left! Every time we asked about our order we were told ""5 minutes"". The only explanation I can think of is that the waitress forgot to put our order in, but we were offered no explanation! After we told them that if it wasn't out in 5 minutes (for the 8th time!) we wanted to pay for our coffees and leave, we were given a round of drinks. Too little too late in my opinion. The food, when it arrived was really good but to wait that long and be constantly fobbed off was not my idea of a nice relaxing brunch. \r There are too many other options in the area to waste your time not knowing if it will be worth it. My advice, go for dinner when you are in no rush! \r Pros: Good food Cons: Service
