Review content:
I made an appointment for a general exam and cleaning only to be told that I had 3 cavities and required a special periodontal deep cleaning that would cost $500 and to be repeated every 3 months. They never even gave me a general cleaning after being there for 2 hours. Feeling skeptical, as all of my previous exams were normal (from a different dentist)I went for a second opinion. The new Dentist was outraged and said that I did not require such an extensive periodontal cleaning and that I have NO cavities!!! I have never been to any dentist that at the very least did not clean your teeth during a visit. Furthermore, I had a bite guard ordered for me and they never even called when it was ready to be picked up--I had to call and inquire. DentalWorks was extremely unprofessional and it was obvious that they are only out to make money and rip people off. I question their assessment skills and expertise and will never go there again.
Pros: absolutely no pros, I would give ZERO stars if possible
Cons: Try to rip you off; incorrect diagnosis
