Review content:
My husband and I USED to regularly go here, as well as my co-workers and I. The food is good, but management is HORRIBLE! The past three times I have been there they got my order wrong, when I ordered I would get Steak and Chicken, every time they would bring ONLY chicken. The third time they got my order wrong I had ordered the Steak lunch, with two bowls of fried rice. When they brought my order out they gave me Chicken and one bowl of fried rice. So I said I had two bowls of fried rice and chicken. They brought out my second bowl of fried rice and walked away. A few minutes later the waitress came back over and we asked if they were cooking my steak. She walked away to check and came back nearly ten minutes later, and asked if I still wanted it. I said well now it?s too late and I have to return to work. As the waitress gave us to go boxes, my co-worker with me said she at least needs to have the chicken for free. The waitress went to ask the manager and came back to say I could have my chicken for free, but I could NOT take the leftovers with me! So I had to scrape out my leftover chicken out of my to go box, wondering if they were going to give to someone else, or what?! So at that point, we were shocked and disgusted and asked to speak with the manager. Who was VERY RUDE and raising his voice at us, saying we were threatening him by saying we are not going to come back. All we wanted was for the manager to make the situation right, and give us my meal for free, which he would not do. So, I will not be returning to this Japanese restaurant. What ever happen to the customer is always right? Cons: POOR management
