Tranquille has received fantastic reviews online, so when I was looking for a stylist in Baltimore, this was the salon I turned to. The salon was welcoming and the staff cheerful, but the entire styling/cutting process was rushed (no consultation before my hair was washed and cut) and I left the salon with a lousy haircut.
However, after voicing my dissatisfaction, the owner called me personally to apologize for my bad experience and offered to cut my hair herself, free of charge, next time I need a cut. I am incredibly impressed by Tranquille's dedication to customer satisfaction. I have heard of salons offering to fix the cut a few days later, and even charging an additional fee to fix a bad haircut; but I have never heard of the owner offering to amend the problem herself.
When you go to Tranquille, be clear about what you want and expect from your stylist, and you are sure to be treated with attention and care.
