The doctors are great, very knowledgeable, that is when you can corner one of them into talking to you for more than their well rehearsed meet and greet session. The staff acts like the patients are a nuisance and leave you waiting for extended times. I felt unwelcome and rushed the whole appt. The office staff should work on their manners and customer service. No one wants to be met with a scowl and grumpy ""sign in"", especially since Medivision is by far the most expensive eye doctor I have been to. I understand they pride themselves on technology but that doesn't mean very much when you have snotty women running your patients away!! I will never go back, I feel as though I have thrown my money away.
Pros: Great Doctors
Cons: Rude Staff, No Customer Service, Felt rushed and in the way
