Review content:
Employees purposely mislead you in the prices. Uhaul has shady business practices. Please be honest with the customer and tell them the correct prices the first time. I made an appointment to take my vehicle in to have a tow hitch and receiver installed. Went in for the appointment and they didn't have it in the system and told me I couldn't get in. They also told me it would be an extra $80 from what they quoted me. Had to come back the next day at a time that wasn't convenient, but I needed the hitch desperately. As far as the hitch goes everything seems to be working just fine. One of the employees is gross and acts totally drugged out. While I was standing in line a grown women picked her nose and wiped it on the counter. I felt sick going here, like I needed to come home and wash the lice of me. Ew.
