I recently rented a car from from Enterprise at Camp Pendleton and was ripped off. As a Marine on Camp Pendleton, I thought I could trust a business located on the base. However, I was given a bait and switch deal. The Enterprise representative led me to believe I was going to pay a reasonable price, but when I arrived at the airport, the Enterprise rep. gave me a bill for $209.22...for a 2-hour rental!!! I was somewhat glad when the LAX Enterprise rep. said, ""these charges are not final""...but when I checked my bank account, they had already charged my card. I checked with AVIS and the same trip was only $89 and some change. My advice is do not use Enterprise!?
