Review content:
I stayed at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown location over the weekend. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel in my life! The staff really seemed to care about my trip, my stay, and my interests. The front desk clerk asked how my flight was, the concierge printed out maps of the local points of interest and directions and had great suggestions for dinner, and the staff in the restaurant was very attentive as well. As for the hotel itself, they are remodeling it but it didn't disturb me at all. They said that they will have a Starbucks in the hotel next week. Bad timing on my part! :( All in all, I had a great stay and I look forward to coming back to Nashville and staying at the Sheraton again! Pros: THE STAFF, sauna, and the beds Cons: Missed Starbucks by two days!
