PICK ANOTHER HOTEL! Our hotel stay was horrendous! The AC didn't work, in the dead of summer, and the staff could absolutely care less. \r \r We arrive back to the hotel after a wedding at mid night, and the room was almost 80 degrees when the thermostat was set to 69. When we called the front desk, the only offer they provided was to have the engineer come to the room, which we had already tied two times earlier that day. \r \r The hotel manager on duty, Scott Allen, was so extremely rude that we were horrifically offended. I would have expected better service at a hostel! When we demanded that they provide another room to sleep in, he actually had the audacity to start a count down to when he would retract his previous offer of an engineer! In so many words he stated "" I will retract my previous offer in three...two...” and when we continued to push him for better service, he hung up on us. \r \r My only advice to anyone looking for hotel in Nashville, is KEEP LOOKING!!! Even if you have to pay a bit more, stay somewhere else. This hotel is unsatisfactory on many levels.\r Pros: Location Cons: Service and Hotel Condition
