OK.. I've had my children's pictures taken here a lot. Not once have I had a photographer that knew exactly what they were doing and appeared to have worked with kids before. Honestly, the competance of photogs is better at Sears or JC Penneys. On the upside... backgrounds and sets are beautiful which is why I keep coming back. They way they do the sales presentation is rediculous. They're using a limited system to make changes to photos (i.e. colorize, black & white, vignette, etc) and every employee that has sat down with me acts like it is rocket science. Most of the time, I'm managing the photo shoot.. have to tell them where to place the kids, and basically have to take over. They just are inept and while these people can point and shoot, they have no creative eye and are honestly out of their league!! Staff needs more training and they shouldn't put trainees on the floor taking pictures with kids. But I will go back and be frustrated because I've managed to get some beautiful photos none the less. Just be prepared to make your voice heard and have to take control.
