Printfirm is awful!! They do not stand by their 100% guarantee. I sent files for my bookmarks and trading cards that I hired a professional to set up. Printfirm changed all my colors on it and made them so dark you can't see half of the pictures! And then they told me they don't gurantee colors? For real? I sent the files in the colors I needed! Why change it and make someone unhappy? Save your money. Spend a bit more and get quality work someplace else!!
