The people are nice and friendly, however the workmanship and the implied warranty can be improved on. I had a portion of my roof replaced in January 2012 initially due to a skylight leak. The roof rake is not flushed with the house. They said they'd send someone out - never did. They left a lot of nails on the ground which we were still picking up a month afterwards. The roof leaked again in March 2012 (same spot plus some new spots). I was told that they were coming from the vent (which there was a leak there however that leak didn't explain why it was leaking elsewhere). Gave me an estimate - at that time I reminded them about the roof rake and they said they'd send someone out (still haven't and its been almost a year). After talking to other roofers and getting on the roof myself, it was determined that the new leaks (with the exception of the vent) was due to poor installation of the roof that was replaced. It was not connected properly to the old shingles. Many shingles were damaged while sliding the new shingles in and were not sealed (or replaced if needed) properly. Due to the poor installation, I now have water damage in my home. The initial problem was a leak in the skylight, which they said was fixed. However, three months after fixing it, it leaked again and is still leaking. So, not only did they not fix the initial issue, but caused additional damage. And cosmetically looks bad because the color doesn't match and the roof rake is not flush with the house. Poor workmanship all around.
