Review content:
Charged me for work that was NEVER done...Then, after over 3 months of investigations from my bank, the better business bureau and the WA State Attorney Generals Office, I was refunded my $ from my bank. Thank Goodness! However Buckys wasn't happy with that. So what did they do? They reported me to a collection agency! Tried to tell them I owed the money PLUS INTEREST! These people are a real piece of work! Even when proven wrong, they still try to cheat you! I had to contact the collection agency, send them ALL of my proof and documentation and it's been cleared from my name. I highly suspect this will be an ongoing thing with them though, so I will keep my documentation in a safe spot and consider sueing Buckys for slander if they keep falsely reporting me! These people have an ""F"" rating for very good reason people! Check the BBB!
