HORRIBLE!!! My Fiance dropped off a wedding dress after having some initial pictures taken in it. When it was returned the dress had holes and was ruined. Another tailor stated that the jagged holes were caused by scissors through sloppy work. The lady at Fine Stitch said that we brought the dress in that way. We asked why she would accept a destroyed dress and why would we want to have a destroyed dress tailored. She refused to help even though we have proof that there were no holes there before. There are many other options in Austin that won't cause problems like this. Not to mention on a dress for a very special day. Three weeks to go before our wedding and this lady destroyed my fiance's wedding dress and offered no solution.
