Review content:
This business which is based in Reynoldsburg but services other areas including Dayton is a complete mess. Not only is their voicemail/call service difficult to deal with but they stratify your call through multiple layers of know-nothing representatives who promise to have somebody who knows something call you back. THEN, be prepared to wait... an eternity until you decide to call them back. NEXT, they give you an attitude and you still have not gotten an appt scheduled or even talked with a person who knows anything about basements. Don't waste your time with them.
