Review content:
I didn't have a good experience at all with this location of Fast Frame. A few months ago I purchased a Groupon and planned to use it to create a shadow box. I am a newlywed and couldn't wait to preserve all of my keepsake items from the wedding day. However, upon entering, Debbie NEVER greeted me or even asked if I needed help. I looked around for a few minutes and asked questions in between moments where she didn't ""appear"" busy. But just my luck, I only received very ""brief"" responses as if I were bothering her. As a customer, I thought she would be eager to receive my business or at the very least seem interested in my questions. After while, I just left, very disappointed in my visit. I was still trying to think of ways to use my Groupon if I worked with someone else in the store besides Debbie. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that I would not support that business at all. I made it a point to return that Groupon and create my ""own"" shadow box....which turned out to pretty awesome! Moral of the story...great customer service is still important to practice for every person that walks through your door. First impressions are lasting impressions.
