First of all, I wanted to have a major yard clean up done in the back yard. I contacted three other companies and had them come out to give me estimates. Everyone who came out was totally unprofessional in the way they were dressed and the way they spoke. None of them could give me a clear idea of how many hours the job would take and how costly it would be. I had wanted to use a local company to give business back to the community which would help the local economy, however, I was pretty fed up! When the gentleman from C&M Residential Services, Inc. came out, he was dressed professionally in clean khakis and a polo type shirt and was carrying a clipboard to take notes. He took his time walking around the yard with me. He asked me what I wanted done and then at the end, he told me that he'd email me an estimate that evening.
They weren't the cheapest company, but I got the quality of work I was after. I thought they did such good job, I'm now on their monthly maintenance plan. At the end of the month, I am always given the option for them to do more work. They provide a written out quote I can go over on my own time and make a sound decision. They are very responsive. When they say they'll be there at a certain time, they are there. And when they say they'll get something done, they'll do it. Also, if there's ever something they're not sure of, they'll ask me before they start work on it, even if it means calling me if I'm not there.
I am totally satisfied with this company. It's been a very long time since I've been completely satisfied with a service company! I'd highly, highly recommend their services to anybody!
