I had a wonderful experience working with C&M Residential. They were very prompt in scheduling an appointment so that we could discuss my backyard renovation needs. I live in a small town home and my backyard is only about 400 sqft, so I was looking for a nice stone paver patio with a short retaining wall. My land was also not level so I was going to need some fill and some grading with careful consideration to drainage. I did not want to spend a fortune in such a small area, but I wanted it to look great. C&M worked perfectly with my budget and the results definitely look like I spent at least twice what I did.
After some weather delays the work started promptly. They brought in professional equipment to move the bricks and fill which made the work go much faster. In only 3 1/2 days I had a filled in backyard with a beautifully design stone patio. The short retaining wall is perfect to use as additional seating around the yard. When they left, they also cleaned up and it was like they weren't even there.
My patio drains absolutely perfectly with the rain flowing away from my house and into the drain.
In a town home community where only a few have finished backyards I am definitely the envy of many of my neighbors. Our backyard is like another room in our house now that we use for BBQ'ing and entertaining.
I couldn't recommend C&M more. You will not be disappointed.
