Americans get shocked at the 100% rude no service that these Dutch folks provide. Not me, Having lived in the Nederlands for years, I learned that no Dutch merchant understands customer service. I will continue to shop with these folks over and over because I know that there is no such thing as customer service in their country, What they offer is great product at a great price. Once you get used to it, just chill out and buy!\r
