WOW...so this is not the first time i guess this happend. I,also, complained about a few things that needed fixing in our apt. Three months had passed by and not a word from them to fix the problems, so i called to ask what is going on, they told me some number they were supposedly calling that certanley was not mine, they had my right number, it was on the lease, which by the way i didnt get untill well over 6 months of living here. Anyways, when time came so renew, i went to the office to ask if they are gonna send anything, Barbara told me, yes we will get the renewal form out to you, and all you have to do is circle renew or not renew, i said yeah ok great cause i think we want to renew....A month went by, and i get a 30 day notice to vacate the apartment. So, when i went to the office Barbara told me that she is not gonna renew our lease cause i was being innapropriate with the office staff. What a poor excuse for a manager, when someone as a paying tenant compalins about something, it is not personal, it is because they want things FIXED. She told me that she does this to about 20 30 people a year, i was shocked. If YOU who are looking for a place to move, are reading these comments on here, please take into considiration everything that you read on here cause it is TRUE, one day all that they are doing to people will catch up to them.
