My agent sent me several inspectors to call but after doing a little research on my own I found Golden State Inspection on Kudzu (a customer based site advertised on HGTV). I liked the review and after speaking to his lovely wife (how answered my many questions) I decided to use their services. The inspection was thorough and I had questions answered and was given pertinent info on the spot. I even got to eat popcorn (he tested the microwave). I would definetly recommend Craig Iden and Golden State!
