JOINED FITNESS 2000 IN 2009. ENDED UP HAVING MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND THEN LATER BEING PUT ON COMPLETE BED REST. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THE OWNER/MANAGER NOT SURE WHICH AND HE PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. WHICH IS TRUE, BUT I DIDNT KNOW I WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO USE THE SERVICES DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES. I WENT A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES IN THE FIRST WEEK AND COULDN'T RETURN. MY PAYMENTS WERE $50 SOMETHING A MONTH. WELL ITS NOW MARCH 2012 AND I JUST GOT SERVED PAPERS THIS WEEKEND THAT I HAVE COURT IN APRIL BECAUSE THEY ARE SUEING ME FOR OVER $2000 DOLLARS.... WOW NEVER SAW THAT COMING I FEEL AS THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY.. HOWEVER I DISPUTED IT AND I WILL FIGHT IT IN COURT.
