My experience with Fitness 2000 24hr. Health Club was/is wonderful. Amazing people & staff. I've never had an issue with payment arrangements either. I as well, have my account to be directly withdrawn. There was one time when I couldn't get the treadmill to function correctly, but it was the way I had programmed it. Once I asked the front desk attendant how to fix what I had done, I haven't had any issues since. The equipment is updated, as well as, the other facilities that I've used in the past such as Genesis. I am very pleased with the services at Fitness 2000. Not only is the service cost sufficient, I have never had an issue with needing a piece of equipment that I couldn't get to, nor children playing around & in my way. I am a mother of 2 & bring my children in for the free daycare they provide for those with family memberships. Very pleased & the kids always look forward to going to the gym. Another thing that I do appreciate is the fact that they do have a pool, whirlpool, dry & wet sauna. On the weekends they have a set time for family pool time, in which my children do enjoy attending. This gym is not like your typical gym. They actually communicate with their members, not just a hi & bye. They aim to please & if ever an issue of any sort they are quick & professional about how to handle the situation. I do not have to worry about ""meat heads"" or feeling uncomfortable, because everyone that I have come across in the past several years is here for ONE thing. That in which is to get into shape! The members are very comforting as well & have made several friendships.
