I wish I had a chance to read some reviews about affordable optical before I scheduled an appointment . Unfortunately I was "" helped"" by the same person, her name was Lana. She did not have name tag and did not even introduced herself ,so I had to ask her for the name . Lana was acting very unprofessionally .However, Lana was likely to be the owner or manager of that optical , because nobody tried to stop or correct her. Lana did not respect anybody, interrupted people (even the doctors) and bossed around . Equipment in the room looked very old, dirty and falling apart. When my exam was done , Lana quickly grabbed my papers and hissed to doctor that she ""got it"" . When doctor wanted to say something , Lana just interrupted doctor, rolled eyes up and sent doctor back to exam room. Doctor had no chance to explain her what was going on. Then Lana said that I can sleep with contact lenses on ( when doctor said to me not to do it) and insisted that i have to buy a year supply of contact lenses immediately (when I really wanted to see first for a few days if they are good for me or not).\r
