Oh my gosh, this company is BEYOND BAD. I had heard complaints from some friends who lived in one of their apartments, but I thought they must be exaggerating. NO, they sure were not! I didn't listen to the warnings and rented one of ASPEN RIDGE's places and proceeded to live a nightmare for the next school year. That woman Patty who is a manager seems a bit unhinged to me. She will practically scream in your face if you go into the office to try and talk to her about a problem. Crazy much? I am a nice person and I don't deserve to be shrieked at -(with other tenants listening, no less). My issues with their front desk person losing my rent receipts, and the maintenance manager ignoring my requests were totally legitimate, yet were dismissed. Do any of their employees know what they are doing? I sure didn't see any evidence of it. My advice is to USE ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
