In this life you get what you give.....so If your booked on a set and don't do the right thing or conduct yourself in the right mannor then production may ask casting that you not return. But like my self I show up on time and i'm well manored on set, actually I'm often asked to return to other productions because I act professionally. When Actors Reps booked me for my first set they helped me to know what was expected and what I should do, it helped alot because I was very nervous......they're great for beginners. I don't care what anybody says about them they have personally given me alot of work.
