Most Horrible.Be aware of this lawyer.\r
Eugene KInsey is the worst lawyer I have ever come across as far as the Family law is concerned.HE JUST DITCHED ME and till date the hearing has not occurred.Thanks Mr Gene.\r
We had a hearing on April 11 2012 to compel the attendance of the respondent( I am the petitioner) and instead Mr Kinsey told the Judge that he and the other attorney thinks that the case should be sent to mediation.After that NO MEDIATION OCCURRED as Mr Kinsey told me that the other attorney DITCHED him. And what bothers me that Mr Kinsey never told me that he will go for mediation and when I went to his office he told LIE to me that he informed me about everything .He took second retainer for $5,000 for the TRIAL and at the same time he was talking to the other attorney for mediation ,and when I asked to refund my $5,000,he refused to refund instead refunded me only $ 2,000 and offered 15 hrs of his FREE TIME .I told him that I dont need your FREE TIME ,instead I need my full refund,but he never refunded back my hard earned money.He also charged me $525.00 to ""review the objection to the Deposition"" which was due to Mr Kinsey's own error.My wife lives in North California miles away from his office and still he gave notice to take her deposition in his office ,which was Objected by the other attorney and he charged me to review that so ridiculous .\r

So guys I would advise be aware of this attorney.Look around when you shop for attorney ,in the beginning Mr Kinsey can call you 100 times to get your first retainer once you have given it you are gone,but this may not be true for other attorneys in the city.When you go to his office try to call at his office number the phone will never ring! And if by mistake it does rings there is no one to answer the phone .He never updates you in your case and later he will tell you lie that he informed you ,so useful tip is to keep track of all the emails sent and received from this lawyer.\r

So dont be lured by his low prices ,you will feel very sorry at the end ,the way I am feeling today.\r
