I just wanted to send a note and heartfelt thank you for my recent experiences with Budget Blinds. Amber Koebberling; thank you for spending the time with me reviewing binder after binder of window coverings and patterns. I was overwhelmed. I truly appreciate that you came to my home on two separate occasions to look at the huge array of options for me. You helped me wade through it all and I selected the roller shades and cellular shades (with your expertise) that complement my interior decor and trim. Randy Utting; thank you for coming out to perform the installation of my coverings. You did a remarkable job in a short time. Thanks for showing me the installation and removal procedures of the roller shades and for taking the time to calibrate the remote for the upper shades. You are extremely professional and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you for cleaning up the scraps and for removing your shoes upon entry. Not too many visitors do that without being asked. All said, I am overwhelmingly happy with the design, appearance and installation of my window coverings. Visitors have commented how nice all of them look. I had no idea of the many options to standard wood-look blinds that I thought I would be selecting. I will be contacting you Amber for future installs as I still have several rooms to address.
