Businiess name:  Ed & Joe's Restaurant

Review content:
Here's the deal, if you love thin-crust pizza it's worth the trip to Tinley Park to check out Ed & Joe's. Wonderfully crispy thin crust with great, fresh toppings of your choice. The cheese is real and very tasty, sausage is not greasy, just very flavorful. If you want to go a little crazy, the Taco Pizza is pretty insane; approximately three inches of cheese covers this thing plus the tomatoes and sauce and everything else that comes on it. Wisconsin bases its cheese production on the quantity of these things sold.\r Ed & Joe's is, in essense a family pizzaria, but the bar is great and the live music (free!) is a great touch. They pride themselves on finding touring accoustic musicians who can really play a great show.\r I've found the waitstaff to be extremely friendly and courteous. At times, the restaurant can get very busy but it mellows out a little later. If you don't have kids, you might want to avoid the Elmo (or Dora or Princess) nights they have some weekdays; a little nutty unless you are bringing kids.\r Besides the pizza, they also have a phenomenal dinner and sandwich menu. Not at all an old-school Italian pizza joint menu.\r The dining and bar area are very nicely set up. They re-modeled the whole place just a couple of years ago and did a great job.\r Give this place a try. You'll love it. Pros: Great pizza, Excellent free live music Cons: Can get crowded on certain nights
