Had my first ever run in with these guys today. The boss was pretty nice but the tow truck driver was very rude. I did not want this guy having my credit card number so I asked him to call his boss so I could give him my number and the driver was just plain rude, would not give me the phone number or call his boss so I could give him my card number and definitely had a very smart mouth. Even went so far as to say he wont be working for them any longer after Friday so he doesn't care. People need to be very careful who they give their credit card info to. I don't think it was an unreasonable request to make sure this driver did not have my card information.
