I didn't think I would ever need to use a bail bondsman but found myself doing just that. I had no clue what to do so I tried calling a couple of the big named bail companies I'd seen advertised on TV. I quickly realized that was a mistake after being transferred from one person to another and then to yet a third person before getting hung up on.
I found Michael Cole Bail Bonds through an online search and was pleasantly surprised when it was actually Michael who picked up the phone. He worked with me from the beginning to the end when the case was finalized. I loved the one-on-one communication and he never once made me feel like I was bothering him with all my questions. I hope I never need to use a bail bondsman again but if I do, Michael is the one I'm calling.
