I bought a voucher for 3 full service Oil Changes, Two tire rotations, radiator drain & fill, etc. thru Living Social\r
\r
I never received a punch card nor did anyone ask me for it the FIRST time I came in for service. The voucher I printed had no local or correct contact information. It took awhile, but I located everything I needed and made it in for my first appointment back in October. I tried to get back in for my second in February, but couldn't get an appointment. TODAY, March 12th, I had an appointment scheduled for 8am for my second oil change.\r
\r
I made the mistake of only bringing my email confirmation (from you) with me. The young lady there found the record of my last service, but apparently you don’t include voucher numbers or any of that info with the service record. She kept asking for my card, which I told her I never received.\r
\r
She said the owner would be in shortly. I waited until a gentleman arrived that I can only assume was the owner as he never introduced himself or acknowledged I was even there.\r
\r
The young lady came back to me after I overheard him telling her he wasn’t going to be responsible…\r
\r
She offered to call Living Social and see if they had a record of my voucher. At that moment, I had already been there for twenty minutes, I was done. I will not be coming back. I feel I was treated shabbily from the start. It took forever to get an appointment and then this.\r
\r
If you don’t want to honor folks with these vouchers then don’t offer the special. I noticed it’s still being offered as I could pull it up on my computer while I was waiting. I pity those that get sucked in. I would suggest that for them you include the voucher number on their service records. That way, should they lose their cards, or not being able to access their voucher number, you would have it. I think that’s any easy solution and could easily eliminate what I went thru this morning.\r
\r
For some reason my voucher would not come up when I accessed my account at your location, but (of course) as soon as I tried it here at work, it popped right up. I tried to email a copy of it to the email address on my confirmation, but it bounced back. That's how I ended up here. I wanted you to have proof that I wasn’t trying to cheat you out of an oil change. \r
\r
Instead, I now will be cheated out of two….As I’m not coming back down there again. I live in midtown and work in Germantown. I have no desire to be inconvenienced and treated as if I’m the one trying to run a scam.\r
\r
This is no way to do business or to treat customers whether they have a coupon or not. I would think the OWNER would be more concerned with customer satisfaction and retention. \r
\r
This “Auto Care Super Saver” turned out to be a super waste of my time.\r
