Review content:
This is my second purchase from RC Hill, we were very happy after we purchased our Lancer from an honest salesman in 2009. THIS TIME WE WEREN'T SO LUCKY, but rest assured it won't happen again because we will be shopping elsewhere. In late 2012 we purchased an Outlander from a salesman by the name of Troy, when my wife realized that we didn't have the item to enable a bluetooth connection she asked about it, he said to come back after the new year and he would have the item for us. Note that he also promised us that every time we brought the Outlander in for an oil change he would have the material sprayed with a protective coating. Unfortunately, I failed to get it in writing which resulted in TROY telling me it never happened. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF - GET IT IN WRITING. To add insult to injury, Troy baited me into an argument with the old rhetoric: "" Are you calling me a liar? The answer is YES
