I found WM Auto last year after a random web search and, simply put, they are an outstanding shop. I recently bought a used vehicle ('95 4Runner) that needed some involved work, including a new timing belt and the replacement of a blown head gasket. I couldn't be happier with William Michael's customer service or the quality of their workmanship. They have my truck running STRONG! The shop is immaculate (seriously has to be the cleanest shop you'll ever come across) and Frank, the owner, is a stand-up guy. He doesn't sugar-coat anything and I trust his judgment 100%. He even worked out a payment plan with me, as the cost of the repairs were more than I could afford up front. Given that he didn't know me from Adam, I'd say that kind of service is almost unheard of anymore. Quality parts, meticulous techs and second-to-none customer service means I'll bring every vehicle I ever own to them, regardless of how simple or involved the work. I highly, highly recommend this shop. They won't disappoint you. Thanks so much Frank and everyone at William Michael...you guys are great!
