I recommend Pipeline Pluming to all friends and family. For any pluming issues I have in the future, they will be the only ones I call. I called Pipeline Plumbing, told them I had an emergency and that I needed someone out right away, and they told me someone would come.
James called me several times within the next hour to assure me he was on his way and was just finishing up another job, and he got here within the next hour after my initial call. He was fantastic and so professional. There was a problem with the line in the fridge, and he stayed until after 10PM. He didn't leave until he was satisfied with the job. It doesn't get any better than that.
James was respectful and polite. He even ran to a local store to get parts in the evening with no complaints. He was so respectful and polite. Most people would have tried to put it off to the next day. We are new to the area, so I was ecstatic to find such great customer service. It really left us with a good feeling.
I told Pipeline Pluming that with such excellent customer service they now have a customer for life! We are not looking any further and are sticking with Pipeline Plumbing.
