I visited Andiamo's for a birthday party with a large party. Upon entering the restaurant my first thought was that the atmosphere was very nice, however this first impression quickly vanished as soon as the owner approached my fiance and I. She was very rude and cold. Upon taking our party's order she was noticeably upset because we did not order a bottle of wine, although we all ordered a number of glasses of wine and drinks. She was very rude the entire night, trying to rush us and denying multiple requests for service. Upon receiving our bill the total was almost $200.00 off, with added drinks and entrees that are party never ordered nor received. After a heated discussion she finally removed about half of those unordered items, but refused to remove the remainder of the incorrect items from the bill. And all of this treatment was from the owner. I, as well as the entire party, was completely disappointed. We will never return to this establishment and discourage others from visiting. It was an absolutely horrible experience. The food was decent, but no matter how great the food nothing could get past the worst customer service.
