Review content:
My wife and I left our three kids with grandma for a nice dinner out last night. We've probably been to Andiamos seven times before, but we won't be going back. The waitress was slow and unattentive, she never asked us for pepper for our salads, how our meal was, if we wanted another glass of wine, etc...the things you expect in a nice and moderately expensive restaurant. Aside from bringing the food and bill, no staff visited our table for an hour, they just huddled around the cash register and gabbed (loudly) To top it off, my order was botched, which the waitress blamed on the chef despite the receipt actually docuemented that she entered in the system wrong (eggplant vs. chicken parmesan). Once the corrected and brought me chicken, it was clear the chef rushed it becuase it was seared nearly burnt on the outside and dry and leathery, and in some spots on the inside were not cooked and still pink/soft. At that point I was too fed up to complain and just ate the pasta and veggies so we could leave. All told, we were exceptionally disappointed and won't be going back. Very sad that this one-time-gem in Bellevue has gone downhill so dramatically. Pros: My water was fine Cons: Food and service
