Review content:
I received flowers on Valentine's Day (Thursday) for the first time ever and unfortunately they were wilted and seemed like they had been in a hot car all day. I sent a picture to my boyfriend (the buyer of the flowers) and he said that it wasn't what he ordered, he payed for an upgraded bouquet and vase and that is not what I got. I called in on Friday morning at 9:00 and spoke to someone who was very nice and understanding and said that they would be sending out a new bouquet that day. Well 5:00 came and went and no new bouquet, so I decided to go into the shop because they don't close until 6:00. I told the lady at the register what happened and she said they would make me a new bouquet right then. While I was standing there waiting for the new bouquet that was supposed to be delivered to my work that day, someone else came in with wilted flowers that were sent to his wife on Valentine's day as well and he wanted a refund. They didn't seem to want to help him at first and finally they gave him his refund...I'm still waiting, they bring out the new bouquet and it looks like the same flowers and vase that I just brought back, except this time it doesn't have babies breath in it, it has a different filler, but the flowers were the same. II decided I wanted a refund instead, but they said they couldn't do the refund because they were ordered through a third party site. I said ok, well he can go online and try and get a refund...the owner/manager came around the counter and damn near pushed me over telling me I can't do that, I have to leave the flowers if I'm going to get a refund, treating me like I was stealing the flowers. I told him I wasn't going to leave the flowers without proof that he was refunded, they couldn't provide that so I took the flowers. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life, I plan on letting everybody know not to patronize this establishment!\r \r Like the comment by Lagunaguy; I too experienced every excuse in the book for the reason as to why the flowers were wilted and that they couldn't get the new delivery out to me on Friday...including that I hadn't talked to anybody in the store because the answering service was on because they were so busy they couldn't answer the phones in the store. It's your phone number and it's not my fault that your answering service told me that I would be getting a new bouquet and they shouldn't have told me that...again not my problem!
