Had an alarm system installed in my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder in place of the original alarm that came with the truck. Suddenly after the installation of the new alarm, all door locks not functioning properly? They stated it's the module due to the ""common problem"" of this truck and suggested that we pay $90 for that particular part to solve the ""problem"" on the driver door. Sure it fixed the driver door, but the locks on the other doors was not functioning right. So we took the truck to Dynamite Stereo shop and they fixed the issue by re-wiring the alarm wire and now all door locks work perfectly fine. It was Auto Sound Lab's erroneous and stubborn action that cost us more money and valuable time. Our family had been a loyal customer for many years and this is how we are treated. Very bad business without moral and ethical standard. Thanks a lot to Dale and Richard.
Pros: Many selection of high quality automobile electronics.
Cons: Sub-standard service. Perhaps because we're Asian?
