Review content:
Our 11-year old Kitchen-Aid gas oven would not come on in the Bake mode. I described the problem over the phone and was told the likely solution and estimate. The technician (Phil) came out 2 days later diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The cost was what I had been told on the phone. In addition, Phil gave his opinion on the condition of our 11-year old washer and dryer and advised us on what to watch out for. We were very satisfied customers and would recommend Twin Cities Appliances.\r
