Review content:
Just returned from this place and felt like I went to an AARP convention. Definitely for the more ""senior"" crowd. They didn't take too kindly on younger people--or that's the vibe I received from them. No elevators for 2nd floor guests in the building where I stayed. And if you book a partial ocean view it will be verrry partial. In fact, the only way to see it is by going on the balcony and looking to the side. And forget about hearing any ocean sounds; they are drowned out by the traffic noise from the nearby Highway 1. One thing I did like was the place is walking distance to the boardwalk and shoreline, and walking distance to a very nice restaurant. Overall, this is a clean and relaxing place to stay. Staff is professional and strictly enforces the non-smoking policy. Kudos them them! And they throw in a few extras--free bkfast, wine/cheese and desserts in evening.
Pros: Close to shoreline
Cons: Highway 1 traffic noise spills over; forget ocean sounds
